2025 Design Entry Window is Closed
Student Design Submission Forms
Who Can Enter:
Students in grades 3–12 living or studying in Westminster, MD, plus McDaniel and Carroll Community College students.
Design Options & Forms (click links for forms):
You may submit one of the following: a crayon design, a rectangular design, or a small sign design.

Deadline: Extended
Submit your design via email to actionforkindness@gmail.com or you can mail or drop off your entry at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Blvd, Suite 315, Westminster, MD 21157.
If Selected:
Designers of chosen designs will paint it on a wood sign for public display at no cost. Selected students will be contacted to schedule a painting time.
Bonus Flag Print:
Displayed signs with the most votes may have their design printed on a 3' x 5' flag which will fly on Main Street the following year!
Kind Note
Submission Form
Students in grades 3 thru 12 who attend school in the Westminster, MD area (public, private, or home-school) or who attend Carroll Community or McDaniel College are eligible.
Students who are good with words and like to write ideas, poems, songs, or short stories can participate by submitting a Kind Note.
