Students in grades 3 thru 12 who attend school in the Westminster, MD area (public, private, or homeschool)
or who attend Carroll Community or McDaniel College are eligible to submit a KindNote.

Students who are good with words and like to write ideas, poems, songs,
or short stories can participate by submitting a KindNote.
